Dear Black Women.
Come as you are. Leave more aligned. Join us in person, virtually, or at our upcoming retreat.
Dear Black Women started as one gathering and has grown into a full series, because one room was never going to be enough. Come as you are. Leave more aligned.
Whether you have thirty minutes on a weeknight or a full weekend to give yourself, there is a way to be part of this.

Paris Alexandra & the BWC Team
Dear Black Women is held by BWC founder Paris Alexandra alongside BWC Collective practitioners in yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, and creative wellness. Paris co-founded the first Black woman-owned body-positive yoga studio in the country, was Nike's first global plus-size yoga athlete, and holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Arts. Every format is designed and facilitated with the same care, whether you join for thirty minutes or a full weekend.
