Our mission is to empower wellness and creative professionals to grow their businesses, build community, and thrive—collectively.

The Brooklyn Wellness Club is a home for those looking to share their work, connect with others, and contribute to a culture of care. We’re more than just a space—we’re a hub for creativity, connection, innovation and celebration!

Whether you’re hosting a workshop, offering your services, or joining an event, this is a place where we come together to be well, uplift one another, and celebrate our cultures through shared experiences.

Our space is designed to remove barriers—no long-term leases, no overwhelming overhead—just a ready-to-use, supportive environment that lets you focus on what you do best.

Heyyy what’s up yall! I’m Paris!

Wellness & creativity has been a common thread that’s invigorated my life over the past 2 decades!!! Oh lawddd, I said decades!!!

As co-founder of the first Black woman owned body positive yoga studio in the country, I’m excited to EXPAND my vision for The Brooklyn Wellness Club to INCLUDE all things wellness, creativity, & community!

I look forward to The Brooklyn Wellness Club being a multi-generational wellness & creative space for us to grow, thrive, & affirm all of who we are because WE ARE WELL & ALL IS WELL. Let’s go!!!
