Trishna Monplaisir

Trishna Monplaisir, LMSW, is a Brooklyn native, social worker, wellness architect, and community builder. She creates spaces and initiatives that center emotional well-being, spiritual growth, and collective care for women. Through consulting, workshops, and giving circle initiatives, Trishna designs opportunities for healing, connection, and liberation.

With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, her work has focused on crisis intervention and program management. She is the founder of The Release Program, a wellness initiative she launched during the pandemic to help women connect, reflect, and release through community-centered experiences.
