Q: Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

A: Yes please however we do offer yoga mats for rental use at $2. For hygienic reasons. and to prevent the spread of anything we suggest you bring your own mat.

Q: Will I lose weight by doing yoga?

A: While weight loss is not the primary focus of our studio we are advocates of self determination which means your body, your choice! We promote focusing on other success markers such as habits, energy, strength building, and flexibility. Finding joy in movement will support you in developing a deeper mind-body connection that can help you make healthier choices that align with you and create a sustainable wellness practice.
