Your Year End Energy Check

As the final weeks of the year settle in, there’s a natural urge to look back at everything we’ve poured ourselves into. For entrepreneurs and creatives, that often means noticing how much of our energy has been stretched, focused, redirected, and renewed in ways we didn’t anticipate. This is the moment to slow the pace, soften the inner noise, and reconnect with what’s moving beneath the surface.

A year-end energy check isn’t about tying everything together all neat and perfect, but rather just tuning in.

When you give yourself a quiet moment to
breathe and reflect, you begin to sense what wants
to be acknowledged and what’s asking
to be released.

Maybe it’s a creative project that surprised you, a shift in direction you didn’t expect, or a truth that emerged only when things got still. But use this opportunity to sit with those realizations gently.

Notice the important moments of your year:

  • the parts that lifted you

  • moments that required more courage than you anticipated

  • the ideas that insisted on being born

  • the dreams that are still gathering themselves.

There is wisdom in all of it. When you allow yourself to reflect without judgment, insight rises naturally. To help you lean into that softer space, we’ve created a simple ritual for you to return to throughout the day.

Whenever you feel called, pause for a moment and step into the practice: sit and close your eyes, take one slow breath, and notice the sensations that emerge when you truly allow yourself to be still. Your next chapter begins in awareness and understanding.

When you’re ready, reach your arms up, and then pull them inward to place your hands on your heart. Give yourself appreciation for allowing a moment of peace to partake in our ritual. You can spend a few minutes journaling or simply sitting with whatever surfaces. Your energy will tell you what it needs for the transition ahead.

Look out for the full ritual on our Instagram, coming soon!
