Paris Alexandra is an artist, poet, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and the founder of The Brooklyn Wellness Club. Her work sits at the intersection of wellness, creativity, education, and community—creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and imagine more vibrant ways of living.
